D&S Homes Ltd.

We chose D&S and we couldn’t be happier. Not only did they develop our top level but they also built our secondary suite. Both turned out amazing, and they were very open to additional requests and modifications. Spencer himself alone deserves 5 stars for going above and beyond ( answering questions, always easy to reach). For our first home I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so so much, Bre, Beau & Michael

We had bought a home through D&S in 2021. Both the quality and the customer service has been nothing but poor. The overall quality of the home is built poorly with cheap materials. As a new home; the floors squeak, stair making noises when you go up and down(should not be the case for brand new built home), paint job done poorly, exterior doors are not levelled. Now I have contacted them for the past 8 to 6 months, after many requests they sent someone and that person would be here for max 15 min and leave and notify us they will be back and never see the issue resolved. I have decided to contact the builders warranty and if that doesn't work I will be contacting the saskatoon home builder to file a complaint .

Have absolutely loved my home the past two years. We hired D&S to build our home and its been two years and I still pinch myself with excitement when I am arriving home from work/vacation etc. I love it so much. The team was great too, we met them in March and moved into our home in October, it was super quick, they have been there when I have questions and overall it was a good experience.

We had D & S Homes do a full renovation of our basement and the entire experience was incredible. The timeline that they set was very reasonable and project was even complete prior to date. Suggestions were given to enhance our space and quality of work is exceptional. We did not even have to leave our home while renovations were being completed. I would recommend this company for any renovation.
