I had an excellent experience with both Mark Peter, our new home warranty representative, and Bonnie, our sales representative. Mark was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. Even when I mentioned a few issues beyond what he originally came for, he went straight into addressing them and did so cheerfully. He genuinely seemed happy doing his job, and the level of care he showed really stood out. Bonnie was equally amazing throughout the process. She patiently answered all my questions—no question was ever too much—and even when I requested several changes, she and the team were very accommodating. I honestly wondered if the level of service might change once things were locked in, but it never did. The support and responsiveness stayed consistent from start to finish. This is my third time buying a new home, and I can confidently say this has been the best and most prompt service I’ve received. I usually wait before leaving a review, but I’m giving this one early because the experience has been positive all around. Highly recommended

From last year ongoing while visiting Saskatoon very often from Toronto , I had been preparing to purchase a home in Saskatoon.
