Jaylin Homes Inc

I've had the pleasure of working with Jeff & Lynette over the past six years and have come to know Jaylin Homes as a trusted builder. It's obvious Jeff & Lynette put their hearts into each and every build! Their attention to detail, eye for colour & design and dedication to quality sets them apart!!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Jeff and Lynette, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience! We recently moved into our beautiful home built by Jaylin Homes, and their meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality craftsmanship shine through in every aspect of the build. Jeff and Lynette are not only incredibly friendly and great to work with, but are also exceptionally hardworking. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home!

We purchased a Jaylin home about 7 years ago, so when it was time for us to finish our basement, it was a no brainer to go with Jeff and Lynette and their team. They were quick to problem solve, and had great knowledge about every aspect of the build. They have a great eye for detail and design. The quality of work is impressive. They are good honest people and it was an absolute pleasure to have them in our home.

We are almost 3 years into our Jaylin home and could not be any happier with the top quality house Jeff and Lynette built for us. You can tell right from the get go that this is very much an owners hands on business as they walk you through every step of the construction phase. You also find that when choosing counters, flooring, lighting, etc that their reputation proceeds them. We would hear numerous times, ”Your building with Jeff and Lynette? You will be very happy, they are excellent!” We couldn’t agree more! In addition and just as important , you will not find 2 nicer people to work with. If we should ever decide to build again, without question we would choose Jaylin again!

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff and his team for the construction of my new home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Jeff was incredibly responsive, professional, and attentive to every detail. He took the time to understand my vision and provided valuable input throughout the entire process. The quality of work was exceptional, and the project was completed on time and within budget. I appreciated how Jeff kept me informed every step of the way, making sure I was always up to date on progress. His dedication to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction really set him apart. I highly recommend Jeff and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled home builder.
