After months of looking we chose a move-in ready home built by Landmark. The sales associate, Garrett was helpful in answering all of our questions and made our many revisits possible and easy. Helen, the closing coordinator was on her game, got us the date we wanted, was very responsive, and provided the information we needed well in advance. Ginger was, however, the star of the Landmark show! One of her responsibilities as Construction Coordinator was to do a new-home orientation and walk-through with us. Her knowledge about the home and attention to detail was/is superior. She “toes the line” beautifully between loyalty to Landmark and genuine customer care. She is ??????????! We’ve only been in the house one week but so far, we are very happy.
Love our new home... FromStart to finish everyone was very pleasant and professional. Elaine Holman (landmark 24 Realtor) was one of the first person we met, showed us around and followed up throughly the whole process. She made sure we were taken care of and answers all our questions. The wait was definitely worth it and our experience with the whole team is amazing. Since being a first time home buyer, they have given us all the information from paperworks to the dos and don't of our home. Highly Recommended for anyone whose new or not so new and wants a quality home here in Savannah and nearby area.

Everyone involved at Landmark 24 Homes always kept us informed as to what was going on and what was going to happen next.The quality of the home is spot on. Yes, there were a few items that needed to be taken care off and they were fixed before move in. They have a process to fix items that were mixed after you move in.Overall, a good company to deal with that has employees that actual care about after the sale.
Landmark24 made buying a home smooth and easy. They had a selection of homes in various areas within my price range. I settled on one with what seems the perfect location—just minutes away from stores, restaurants, the airport, and downtown Savannah. Each home I looked at was built solidly and floor plans make good use of interior square footage. There is surprisingly abundant storage even in a smaller single story home. Kitchen comes equipped with fridge, stove, microwave range and dishwasher. The staff in both the builder and financing departments provided a thoroughly respectable experience. Highly recommend them for your next new home.
