Warranty service requests are submitted through an online form, and a Customer Care representative contacts the homeowner within two business days. Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

What happens after buyers submit their design selections?
Highland's team prepares blueprints, requests permits and orders design selections. After the construction manager receives the final blueprints and lot fit, the homeowner is contacted to schedule a pre-construction meeting to review the home room by room.
