This is our first house being built, excitement. We were able to do pretty much everything we wanted to when we designed the house, daughter was able to design her room as well. We signed some things didn't go the way we wanted them to but honestly not everything is going to go the way you want it to, that's life. There were things we all I guess didn't think about while doing the plans, one in which was the front porch steps. We have such a high drop that they seen it was necessary for us and for the construction crew that steps were needed, so, they did them at no cost to us. Then my husband and I walked the house after they has pretty much finished the shell with the CS and showed him our concerns we had and he was able to fix them and pretty fast as well. So see we had our issues but in the end they understand, we understand we're all able to communicate and work things out. I can't wait to see the finished house when it's complete. I would and have recommend UBH to others. They definitely keep things moooooving along. Thanks UBH, Stephen,Jeff, and Mike for helping things go as smooth as possible..Now my house is completely done and I couldn't be happier with it. As for every new house there's airways going to be something that needs to be looked at our fixed by the company but they have five an amazing job either Mike will come look at it or I'll mage a service call and they will.Thank you guys so muchMike Stopiak has helped us out so much with the house.
