Century Custom Homes

I cannot recommend Joel with Century homes highly enough! From start to finish, he exceeded all of our expectations and delivered a truly exceptional custom home. His teams attention to detail, craftsmanship, and professionalism were outstanding. Joel was a pleasure to work with, always available to answer our questions and address any concerns. He guided us through every step of the process with expertise and patience, ensuring that our vision was brought to life exactly as we imagined. The quality of their work is unmatched, and we are thrilled with the result. If you're looking for a top-notch custom home builder in Scottsdale, look no further than century custom homes

Joel remodeled my 1969 mid-century modern home by E.T. Wright. The home had been untouched and was in dire need of modernization. Joel took a dark, clustered home and brought in light and an open design. While maintaining the integrity of mid- century modern design, his cabinetry, lighting, tile, and finishes were custom home grade. I couldn’t be happier! Additionally, Joel frequently visits his sites, loyal sub-contractors of 30 years and gets the job done in a fraction of the time other builders take. There is a reason Joel’s subs stick with him and customers return. He is honest, involved, and easy to work with. Couldn’t be happier.

Joel and all his trades are simply the best in the valley! Not only does Joel have decades of experience ranging from small remodels to massive multi-million dollar custom homes, but he’s had the top trades for decades as well- and they are the best of the best. You simply can’t go wrong with any sized project or budget with Joel Gerber and Century Custom Homes!
