These are some of the most rude unresponsive people I’ve dealt with in Scottsdale. They wasted a good deal of our time going through our wishes to do a major remodel, then never got back to us, never returned calls or emails. Glad I am not doing business with them.

I contacted Cullum Homes to help perform a land site evaluation before purchasing a piece of raw land for our future build site. I was put in contact with the owner, Rod, who called me back the same day and went above and beyond stopping by the land to give me his observations the next day. He didn't ask for anything, just wanted to help. You don't find that very often now a days especially for a company and the owner to care enough about their business and clients that they will go above and beyond for you without hesitation. I would 100% recommend Cullum Homes and can't wait for them to build our spectacular forever home!
