We are very happy with our home. We recently had our front door area cement repoured due to a subcontractor error and it is beautiful. David at Morgan-Taylor made sure it was done correctly and was finished to our satisfaction.

We purchased a Morgan Taylor home in 2023. We absolutely love our home, it’s beautiful and for the most part everything we wanted in this home. We had some initial issues that are just now being repaired under warranty. David Terran, the Warranty Manager is outstanding. He came into our issues after we had been left unresolved by previous warranty customer service people. He took the time to figure out what the core of our issues were and he got all the right people out to do the correct repairs.His knowledge of home builds and his professionalism have been refreshing and very appreciated. He keeps the communication ongoing and reviews any and all work done to ensure it is done correctly and up to superior standards. We highly value his efforts and his time. As I started this review with, we love our home, and now solely because of David Terran, the Warranty Manager, we are proud to say…we have a Morgan Taylor Home, and it’s solid and the company stands behind what they build.
