We are so excited! We just signed our New Home Contract to build with Dave Ferrey Custom Homes. So far my experience has been a pleasure dealing with Dave. He is very patient and he spent hours of his time meeting with us going over the blueprints , then traveling out to my lot to shoot the elevation . I am in love with my Dave Ferrey home.. Dave’s expertise and perfection were right on.. This guy is a neat freak too, his job sites are super clean. He even plowed my home out in the last storm to ensure his workers could get to my job. I totally didn’t expect that. Dave is the most understanding, loyal, hard working man I know. What can I possibly say about Dave Ferrey? Well, he was the most honest, straightforward, knows exactly what he’s talking about in building. He wowed us from the moment we walked through his doors. He invited us into his home which by the way is gorgeous . We were so comfortable and felt like we’ve known Dave for years. We told him what we wanted our home to look like and before you know it, he had a home picked out for us.. Long story short, we made the best decision ever and chose Dave as our builder.. what a wonderful experience we had through ( to those who say building is a nightmare, you definitely chose the wrong builder) Dave was super through the whole build, he took pictures of the process, he walked us through the home to show us the progress. In the end my home was spectacular and Dave even did some extras that he felt the home needed. He really cared about my home as if it were his. If this is the kind of experience you want then Dave Ferrey is your man. Thank you so much Dave for our dream home, it still looks as beautiful today as the day you built it . Oh and now we have a bonded friendship. Most builders could care less once they are paid and the job is done, but Dave took care of us and we still reach out to him . You build great homes!
