Bruce came over to discuss a significant project and provide a bid. He promised to get back to me in the next week or so. Never heard from him again. I emailed and called - nothing. I had heard good things about Bruce, but "ghosting" potential customers barely earns 1 star. Just telling me he wasn't interested in the job would have saved me a couple of weeks waiting for his response - no such courtesy.

Excellent work, on time, high quaility and great follow up. Here is all I can say. "I will never use any other builder again."
