I have built numerous homes over the years and Rodrock is by far the best builder I’ve been associated with! From their sales agents who were knowledgeable, professional and friendly, to their design staff who are an absolute joy to work with to their project managers who never heard of a request they couldn’t accommodate the support and service was impressive! Not to mention the outstanding floor plans to choose from, the quality of the home and their attention to every little detail! I would highly recommend Rodrock to anyone who wants a great home!

Megan, Bob and Bruce sold our house quick, and the purchasing process went very smoothly, allowing our family to move in to Sundance Ridge before the holidays! I would highly recommend Megan Greer as she is an expert in our housing market, responsive to our needs, proactive and persistent working with agents to collect valuable feedback. She stays on top of all things! The Rodrock team made our transaction a breeze. Our Project Manager, Brandy lead the transition and was on top of every final detail before moving in!

I was initially very excited to purchase our Rodrock home. The layout and overall appearance of the home were appealing, and the community along with location feels like a great long-term investment.

Unfortunately, that enthusiasm quickly faded once the keys were turned over. After move-in, any sense of warranty support or follow-through seemed to disappear. Legitimate issues were dismissed or outright denied without proper evaluation, leaving the impression that the warranty exists more on paper than in practice.

For example, the bathroom vent produces a constant, loud noise—similar to a golf ball bouncing—which has significantly disrupted my sleep. When this was reported, I was told it “is what it is” and could not be fixed because it is considered normal. Having lived in multiple homes, this is not something I’ve experienced before.

Additionally, the cabinetry is of noticeably poor quality. Within just a few months of moving in, cabinets began cracking and warping, yet neither the cabinet company nor Rodrock has taken accountability.

We also pay a lump-sum HOA fee of $1,500 annually, but receive very little value in return. The clubhouse that was advertised looks nothing like the promotional photos, and the suggested future school locations for the neighborhood now appear unrealistic.

While the home initially showed promise, the lack of accountability, warranty support, and follow-through has been disappointing.

Bruce did a fantastic job through contract and closing of our new home. His help and expertise was very much appreciated. Jake was our project manager and did a wonderful job as well. His attention to detail and helpfulness with any issues that may have come up is top notch.

The people at Rodrock corporate to include front desk personnel, design center people, director of sales and operations and the owners were very helpful along the way as well.

Any new house is going to have some hiccups, but when something came up the Rodrock team handled them quickly and without hassle.

I would recommend Rodrock Homes to family and friends.

We enjoyed our build process with Rodrock Homes. From consultation to completion, we had the best support. Our agents, Andrea and Angela helped us with lot choices, contracting, closing companies and answered questions along the way.
Our general contractors, Al and Graham ended up becoming like family. We worked closely with both gentlemen over the course of the time it took to build. Even after closing, they were quick to answer their phones.
Building a new home and moving is not a small feat, but having the support of Rodrock behind us during this time has helped us transition into this new chapter with ease. Highly recommend building with Rodrock.
