Very nice, well-organized sector, and you could make two improvements: 1- keep a competitive price, which is not the case at the moment; 2- put ceramic tiles in the corridors instead of carpet, which unfortunately retains everyone's smells.
I rent an apartment from Constructions Morin, and I really love it! They are very very into details and they have an amazing costumer service... It is a relief knowing that all my housing needs are always taken into consideration.
