We love our home! Thank you Brandon Thurman for making sure we were happy and getting everything fixed that needed to be done.
I can’t say enough about Bear Creek. Great place to buy a home. They put the prices online. Go here!
So glad I went to Bear Creek and met with Tyler. He really went above and beyond for my family. Even through in a septic tank to earn my business. Buy your home there!!
Great place to buy a home!! Go see Tyler he will do right by you!
I was in the market for a modular home for when I retire in December and came there twice. Each time I came I was just given a map to go and look. The salesman not once showed real interest in making sure my needs were ever met. It wasn’t until he discovered I had decided to purchase here in Houston Texas did they become interested. I was then told they had some less expensive homes for me to look although I never said I needed a less expensive home. My plan was to put my home on the market and return home to Shreveport to care for my elderly mother. I am not sure they felt I wasn’t serious or hopefully it was not my ethnicity. My salesman in Houston showed that my presence was needed. I actually loved your homes better but your appreciation for your customers was sadly lacking for me. Training on customer appreciation should be addressed.
