Loved our experience buying our first home with Paul Fick homes! Zak was great to work with and did an awesome job explaining the process to us. Patti and Amy were also wonderful to work with, very helpful and kind! Communication was excellent and clear throughout the process. Couldn’t be happier with our new home!
We own a Paul Fick home and Nathan has always been great to work with. However, the lady that answers the phone demonstrates no 1. Enthusiasm, 2, Committment to her customers, 3. Customer Service. In fact, I called her today requesting paint colors of the exterior of our home and she said it would take her some time to look it up. After a few hours gone by, we are needing to paint this weekend, and not sure what time they will close on a Friday, I called back. She answered the phone, I stated who I was, informed her we were going to paint today, and asked if she had found the information I requested. Her response was as follows, "honestly, your request wasn't at the of her list". In providing professional consulting for a living, you should NEVER say that to a customer. Her behavior has gone on for a year and has clearly been tolerated and accepted at Paul Fick Homes. As the person who answers the phone, they have the first impression of your business. This lady represents you in a horrible light everything she answers or makes a call
Not sure if they have had a change in staff who answers the phone, but when I called there in late 2021, the lady was incredibly nice and helpful. However, after calling there three times the past 10 days, the lady answering the phone could not be more cold, unfriendly, and unhelpful. I have left two messages for Mike to call back, but no response. If I don't hear from him tomorrow, I will update with photos of a home they built within the last seven years. UPDATE: Received a call back from Paul Fick Homes. I was informed they have had some change in personnel who answers the phone, which I explained the previous lady was incredible, very personable, and helpful. Unfortunately the current lady does not represent or portray any of those qualities when I call in. Anyways, they are going to take a look at my home. They dud indicate that any repairs would be outside of warranty, which I was not surprised, but hopefully they will work with us on these issues. I have owned several homes over the past 25 years, and this one is by far the newest, but with a unique set of issues that I have not experienced before.
Paul Fick Homes did a fantastic job with my new construction home. Even years after completion they were been helpful with any questions I had when finishing my basement. Overall great experience and would 100% use them again!
Paul Fick Homes did a wonderful job on our new little house and was willing to accommodate our price range/needs. We are so impressed by the insulation, even in cold So Dak winters. ??We were always able to ask questions and received wonderful service! They went above and beyond our expectations!
