As a designer, I work with many trade professionals and Ben has been extremely professional, timely, responsive, detail focused, easy to communicate with and fun to work with! I trusted that every move on the project was made with precision and would look amazing. I'm now working again with him on another project and I hope to work on many more with him in the future. The words I use to describe Ben are: approachable, helpful, communicative, kind, honest, and committed to quality. Ben took time to ensure that we understood the process. He made suggestions, gave options, explained challenges as they arose, and took responsibility for delays and mistakes. He cared about our satisfaction with the work. It was also easy to have Ben in our home for such a duration of time. He was always respectful of our space and privacy, as well as easy-going and friendly. Look no further for an excellent partner to help you navigate the ups and downs of home renovation. As an architectural designer, I've worked with my fair share of contractors. Our experience renovating our 1886 home with Ben is hands down, one of my top experiences working with a contractor. Unlike most who want to rush through your job as fast as possible, forsaking quality for speed, Ben takes the time to listen to what you want to achieve and helps you get there with a balance of enthusiasm, patience and understanding.

Renovating an old home is not for the faint of heart and a lot of challenges were thrown our way. We can't imagine weathering through with anyone else. Ben took everything in stride, respected my design decisions throughout the project, resulting in a final product that brings much joy to my husband and I, and all the guests who visit our home. It should come as no surprise, we highly recommend GS Builders!
