New Construction Homes in Hernando/Nesbit by this builder are being sold to investors and are for rent immediately! Don’t invest in these homes/subdivisions. We just purchased a couple of months ago and both neighbors are rentals now. Ride by and check the yards.They give you a covenant to abide by and a yearly rate to only knock the value down in your home.
Building a home during covid can be stressful with all of the supply chain issues and labor shortages, but working with Legacy Homes has been one of the smoothest new builds that I have ever done. My clients love their home & Tammy was a dream co op agent!!!
Beautiful homes, I've seen several floor plans and the are just beautiful. They have a nice number of upgrades included as well. Would love to own a home built by them.
