Decent construction. Don’t expect to sleep for three years if you’re in a new neighborhood. There is ceaseless construction, explosions, framing noise. Peckham Farm has now become a rock quarry six days a week starting at 6:30am despite there being more than a dozen families that live here.

I just moved out of one of the town homes owned by AA Denorfia Building and Restoration, and I can confidently say it was the best rental experience I’ve ever had. (I’ve lived all over CT and Massachusetts, and rented a lot of apartments and condos).We found out about their properties after they built a luxury complex near our old house in Cheshire. When we sold the house, we were positive we wanted to rent one of their homes. The application process was super easy, and we were able to tour the home first. The home is in brand new condition, with large rooms, multiple closets including a walk in closet, energy efficient HVAC system and appliances, and a full basement for storage. The design and color scheme were great as well. I’ve worked in real estate development so I really appreciated the attention to detail.The personality of the staff and owners is what really struck me. Whenever we had a maintenance call, Matt Denorfia answered them personally and 9/10 times came to the home himself. We also rarely had maintenance calls in general because the home was so well built and kept up. I really appreciated the time he took to do this, since I know the company owns and manages a lot of properties. If you are looking for rental properties in town, I would 1000% suggest this company.
If you want a GREAT experience building a house, then have them build it for you. They are extremely knowledgeable and the end product was 1st class. Common sense comes with experience and there are few that have the experience that Tony Denorfia has. His contractors are all top notch.I would highly recommend Denorfia Building to anyone who is building.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience and new home construction. This was our first time building a home and Tony, Andy, & Matt were very patient and responsive with us along our journey.
