We like Toll Brothers, live in Sorrento Trails now and in a Santa Barbara Model in Camarillo CA for almost 13 years. As usual the models are really beautiful, great Floor plans and excellent views from the Models. This location is a long ways up into Sparks, so you would probably really want or need to be up that way, in which case it seems very good value relatively speaking.

Pretty expensive and houses are kind of cheaply made. Paint issues, flooring issues to just name a couple.

You should not buy a toll brothers home in Northern NV due to the poor quality of the products, the construction and the warranty process.
