Regency at Stonebrook builds a quality house. Each step from start to finish, a highly skilled qualified person is in charge of the build process. The design center had lots of choices and guidance to make our selections personalized and complete. The sales team and construction manager worked closely and involved us every week. Building walkthroughs went smoothly and passed the numerous inspections. Our final home is still several months out but if our current interactions are the same then there will be no problems that we will have.
Wonderful staff, easy sales process, design center experience is fun and a lot of community events. Looking forward to move in next year.

Drove all the way up there, and they were closed early that day. Driving through the neighborhood, it was not what we expected from the builder Toll Brothers. It seemed kind of sad! We didn't go back the next day, and It's off our list.
