We first met with Lexar Homes Spokane over a year before we finally decided to build. At the time, we chose to explore other builders and looking back, that was a costly mistake in both time and money. After that frustrating detour, we came back to Lexar, and it immediately felt like the right decision. Our sales person, Kate, was incredible throughout the entire process. Even during that first year when we weren’t ready to commit, she was always available to answer questions, walk us through options, and explain everything without any pressure. Her patience and knowledge were a huge part of why we ultimately returned. Once we officially started the build, the process was smooth and organized. The Buildertrend system made it easy to track our schedule, see updates, and stay informed every step of the way. Our superintendent was extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and proactive- exactly what we wanted in someone overseeing your project. After dealing with other builders, working with Lexar Spokane was a breath of fresh air. The professionalism, transparency, and support we experienced made all the difference. Building a new home with Lexar Homes of Spokane has been a great experience. From beginning our design with Kate to finishing touches with Damian our experience has been better than we ever expected. We had minimal hiccups throughout the process and if any concerns came up they were always heard, addressed in a timely manner and done the right way. Kate was able to help us get the finishes we wanted while staying well within our budget. Damian was able to keep our project moving forward with minimal idle time even with starting our build in December. His attention to detail was fantastic and his desire to deliver the best home possible to us was evident throughout our entire build. They were transparent about the expectations we should have of the build process early on and we feel like it alleviated a lot of potential stressors for us making this an excellent overall experience. We have been in our home now for a couple months and we absolutely love it!

After losing our home in the Elk, Oregon Rd Fire. We reached out to Lexar homes. We worked with Kate and once we saw what Lexar could do for us... it was no turning back.
