One of the most remarkable aspects of working with Tim was how he kept us informed every step of the way. Even though we were located over 1500 miles away during the build, Tim made sure the process was as comfortable and seamless as possible. Regular updates, clear explanations, and a commitment to transparency made us feel involved and reassured from start to finish.

During the final inspection with the City, I had the opportunity to speak with the inspector responsible for the majority of the assessment. He spoke highly of Tim, describing him as one of the finest builders he had encountered.

Tim's high standards—such as triple-pane windows, BIB insulation, and wider doorways—contribute to the superior quality of his homes. Our household’s energy efficiency has been remarkable, a direct result of Tim’s dedication to building well-crafted, durable structures.

On multiple occasions, he identified savings in the originally quoted budget, allowing us to reallocate those funds to other aspects of the home. Tim's dedication didn't end when the house was completed. He continued to check in with us, ensuring everything in the house was functioning as it should. We were so unbelievably fortunate to find Tim. After dealing with a terribly dishonest company and feeling like we’d never have our forever home, Tim rescued us. He designed our new home and started building immediately. Not only was he extremely fast and efficient he went out of his way to accommodate us during every step of our build. There were no hidden cost or up charges once we agreed upon a price, unlike so many other companies these days. Tim even helped us with property development issues that were solely our responsibility not his. Thanks to Tim we now have a quality home, with many upgrades we never thought we’d be able to afford. Tim continued to assist us with any issues well after the build was finished. To this day (2 1/2 years after move in) Tim still checks in to see how we are doing in our beautiful home. I can’t praise Tim enough or be any more grateful that we found him ??
