Building a new home with Lexar Homes of Spokane has been a great experience. From beginning our design with Kate to finishing touches with Damian our experience has been better than we ever expected. We had minimal hiccups throughout the process and if any concerns came up they were always heard, addressed in a timely manner and done the right way. Kate was able to help us get the finishes we wanted while staying well within our budget. Damian was able to keep our project moving forward with minimal idle time even with starting our build in December. His attention to detail was fantastic and his desire to deliver the best home possible to us was evident throughout our entire build. They were transparent about the expectations we should have of the build process early on and we feel like it alleviated a lot of potential stressors for us making this an excellent overall experience.We have been in our home now for a couple months and we absolutely love it!
