In addition, they came when they were scheduled, didn't prolong the construction, and finished ahead of schedule. They were very communicative on every step of the project. Schaff homes helped us reconfigure our home to better suit our lifestyle. We had wanted to do a full scale addition, but with prices the way they are, that wasn’t going to happen. Ryan came, looked around and made some suggestions that sounded awesome. We met with Jessica for the design and plans. Then Sid, Melvin & Ethan got started! Everyone at Schaff Homes was amazing. They felt like family.was an all hands on deck, literally, they built a beautiful deck of Trek deck 13’ x 25’ then, transformed our dining room into a flex space, with double French doors to the new deck.Next they took a bedroom and divided the space into an office & (my husband needed his own space, for the sake of our marriage ??) a bathroom for the primary suit. We have been enjoying all the spaces more that we could even imagined.Thank You so much Sid, Ryan, Jessica, Karie, Ethan, Melvin and the Sub -Contractors. All professional and all amazing! This company has pride in their work and it shows!
A pipe burst in our house. Our insurance company was stalling. Schaff saved the day. They advocated for me, helped me stay within budget, never bullied me, helped when I had decision fatigue, communicated with transparency, and treated me with respect. Ryan, Sid, Karie, Jess, and the rest of the team saved my house and my sanity. When Ryan met with me the first time after I'd been living in a destroyed kitchen for 4 months (walking on subfloor, cooking with two feet of counter space, and doing dishes in the bathroom), he said, "My goal is that when we're done, you'll be grateful this disaster happened." WOW. After a catastrophic flooding event last winter that destroyed my house top to bottom, I was devastated. I thought the worst part of the process would be dealing with the renovation work. Thanks to Schaff Homes, I worried for nothing. I can't possibly speak more highly of the Schaff team. They turned a home owner's worst nightmare into a dream come true. The house looks better than it has ever looked in an amount of time so fast it still has me in disbelief. The team is honest, communicative, kind, and extremely skilled in all that they do. If you have insurance involved, don't worry- they'll figure out how to work with your adjuster and handle every complex piece of negotiation and paperwork. If you're spending your own money, you couldn't be making a better purchase. A company as honorable as Schaff is extremely hard to find in any realm of work. You won't regret working with them, I promise!
