This home is amazing! The ceilings, the extras in the primary suite is amazing! The Primary has a passthru fireplace and entertaining area with a private 2nd floor deck. A must see!
We purchased a new home over a month ago and have been nothing but disappointed. The finishing details were sloppy and communication has been terrible. We asked for several things to get done during our walk through 2 weeks before closing and they didn’t get done. We walked into our brand new house and were pulling tape off the ceilings, walls, cleaning trash and screws out of the front entryway and garage, put seals in the doors that were left open all day, etc. We’ve had to make contact with Cindy on warranty items and there’s always an excuse as to why things can’t get done that were agreed upon prior to closing. We will unfortunately be out another $4000 to fix our yard correctly, because they’ll never come back and fix it even though we have a signed document stating it would be fixed. I’m hoping the builder and owner see this and take some serious consideration into the quality of the homes they are selling.To edit my previous review: Cindy reached out at 9am following my review and sent someone to “fix the yard”. The holes were filled and lasted a few days. It has already washed away. We have given up fighting that battle due to our vague wording in our closing documents.I sent a message along with pictures and have yet to hear back from the General Manager. I currently have mold in a bathroom due to improperly installed shower and caulking, basement door not sealed letting in spiders, and window already cracking and pealing off an improper seal. We have lived in this brand new home only 2 months.

When I think of great customer service I think of Flintrock, they were amazing towards me and my family. Great people skills and were willing to work with us each step of the way very happy to get know the team!! Would definitely recommend for everyone..
