As a subcontractor, that makes our work much more efficient and it ultimately makes the process smoother for the homeowners too. Great contractor to partner with!

Austin and Brandon were absolutely AMAZING!!!! My wife and I just moved in to our new home in March. We live very busy lives with two small children. Going into this process we knew we wouldn't have the time to babysit a contractor too. Austin and his team delivered and then some! Every step of the process was well communicated and he kept us on track with decisions that needed to be made. All the subs did high quality work and were very knowledgeable. We moved in on time and just UNDER budget! Can't say enough good things about this team. If we were going to build again there isn't a question in my mind who I would want as my GC, Wise Built for sure!

Working with Wise Built Custom Homes was a great experience from start to finish. Even in the midst of Covid and supply chain issues, Austin ( owner of Wise Built ) had tremendous patience with us & our (highly custom) home build. Austin’s communication skills were Top Notch for any and all questions we had during the whole process. We ABSOLUTELY LOVE our new home ! “
