Brad with Proper Built and his crews were great to work with, communicative and willing to go the extra mile all around to get the work done. They installed a window, solar tube, dryer piping underneath the house, and a few other miscellaneous projects. I was pleased with the work they did and plan to have them back again.
Proper Built is hands down one of the best construction companies in Eugene and Springfield. The team really knows their stuff and is great to work with. Whether you’re building a new home or remodeling, they do great, high-quality work. Definitely recommend them if you need any construction done.
Kevin was great to work with and gave a reasonable quote to frame in two new windows for our living room. And his guys Bryan and Brandon were awesome. Went above and beyond to do their best to restore our home before they left every day. There was a slight issue with one of our windows and they were impressively transparent about everything. Ended up being a super easy fix and nothing they did caused the issue. We will use them anytime we need big projects done. Thank you proper built for our new windows and mantle!
Best contractor I've ever worked with! I'm so glad my realtor recommended them. Brad has done a phenomenal job with some updates I needed for my new business. He coordinated work with a roofer, plumber, and electrician. He stays in communication with me and gives regular updates. He has done everything possible to cut costs without sacrificing quality. I really appreciate how well his crew cleans up the work area when they're done. If I ever need any work done in the future, whether residential or commercial, I won't hire anybody else!
Casey and his team were wonderful. My husband and I planned to finish our basement and needed plans drawn up before getting the proper permits. Casey's knowledge was extensive and saved us a lot of time and jumping through hoops.Proper Built took great care in our renderings took the time to listen to our vision for the space. As with most construction projects, life throws you some curve balls. Casey and his team were right there to modify the plans per the inspectors requests. We had the plans in hand quickly and the inspector signed off immediately. What a relief!Remodels can be stressful but Casey made the process easy and efficient by creating detailed drawings.
