We are a month into our new house and are really enjoying it. The builder did an amazing job and our project lead, Craig, was great at giving us walkthroughs during the building process and just recently checked in with us to see how we are doing. I think this team really cares and is good at what they do! We are grateful to be in this home and neighborhood

During the homebuilding process, Sashila kept us updated with videos and texts. We know she is a very busy person, so we were really impressed with how regularly she communicated about the progress of our home. She was always there for us when we had questions; if she didn’t know, she would find out. She is a wonderful person and a great representative for Hayden Homes.

What seemed like should have been a stressful event of buying a house was actually fun and easy with Hayden homes! We highly recommend! The neighborhood itself is beautiful and quiet. People are friendly and having the big beautiful trees and pond in the neighborhood is a plus!

When we decided to buy a “tract home” we were somewhat resigned to possibly cheap materials and/or slightly shoddy work, since they build these Hayden Homes so fast. We’ve lived here almost a year now and have not found our fears to be accurate. The house is well made, energy efficient and solid. The HH employees we’ve dealt with throughout the buy/build and move in process have given top notch service. The neighborhood is quiet, the train sound twice a day doesn’t bother us, either…the deep rumble is almost a comforting sound! The lot is small but that’s less maintenance and at this stage of our life, a plus. The HOA has been the only annoying part of this adventure, and they aren’t a dealbreaker-just a bit more zealous for uniformity than I care for.
