The old blonde lady who “greeted” me was easily the rudest person I’ve ever met. She should probably work more on her interpersonal skills, as I would have been happy to spend money as I’ve heard other wonderful things about your business. It’s a shame really.

We just finished building our home with Michael von Behren Builder and I couldn't be more happy with how the project went and of course the finished product! The process of building a house is full of decisions and our project manager made it easy for us. It was amazing to see all the different parts come together. The quality of work that was done was above my expectations. We are in love with our kitchen cabinets, the beautiful fire place and amazing bathroom! There just isn't one room that we don't love. Careful detail and craftsmanship are present from the moment you walk in and this is accredited to the hard working staff at MVBB from the designers to the project managers and carpenters. We won't be remodeling our house any time soon, but we know exactly who to send our friends to! Thank you to everyone at MVBB for making our dream home a reality!

This company is extremely unprofessional and has the absolute worse customer service. I called this company multiple times to schedule an appointment for an estimate on bathroom remodeling. No one returned my phone call. I finally got in touch with someone and scheduled an appointment on September 8th. On the day of my appointment, no one showed up after almost 45 minutes of waiting. I called to figure out what exactly was going on and the receptionist stated that they had an emergency, was unable to come to my home and would have to reschedule my appointment for a later date. When asked why I wasn't contacted about this abrupt change, they stated that they didn't have my phone number (which I had given to them multiple times). I was then told I would be contacted to reschedule the appointment and no one has called me since then...it is October 15th! Maybe this company does awesome work, but I wouldn't know because even after a month later, I still can't schedule an appointment!! Not once have I received an apology for the inconvenience either.
