First, I would like to say thank you I found the house my family needs. I found it with Kingston Homes Ltd. From the first phase of the negotiations and my condition to sell my house first. They really give me a good deal and waited me to have this house. The whole process was so smooth and what I like most is the honesty and being so kind for my request. One of it is moving my stuff 2 days before the position date which is really helpful as a family of 5 and in the middle of cold weather it really help us moving easy and convenient. After we move in there are some minor deficiencies but amazingly they fix it right away even some of it is pass due with the warranty.Honestly, this is not my first buy but the way this builder respond to issues are incredible.I would 100% recommend this builder without hesitation. The way they build the house is not in a rush, they build it according to books and standards. Even my neighboor same builder they really appreciate the workmanship and crafts of this builder. They are also locally owned builder so meaning we are neighboor that creates more trust and confidence.I would really give Khalil a Gold satisfaction rating.For the whole crew, contractor, planning and developer. Kingston Homes is an excellent builder. We had purchased a prebuilt executive home from them in 2022. Not only is their craftmanship a step above the competition, their customer service and prompt replies when we had questions or concerns was more than satisfactory. With any new home, there is shifting and screw pops, and Khal had his tradesmen there to evaluate and fix a cracked tile in the foyer and multiple screw pops within a week of notifying him of the discrepancies.If you want an exceptional builder with great design, finishes and a lasting relationship, you will not be disappointed if you choose Kingston Homes.
We purchased a home 4 months ago built by Kingston Homes in 2019. This house is absolutely amazing. The quality and workmanship are outstanding and extremely apparent inside and outside. The floor plan is one of the best I have ever seen and very functional. The owners have been extremely helpful and very responsive to any inquiries that I have even though I did not purchase directly from them.
