I am a local Realtor and did my first transaction with Cami in December. I have toured many new build homes, and you can see and feel the difference in quality when you walk into a Cami build. Cassandra was responsive and pleasant as the listing agent, and the owner Marvin even made time for a video call with me while out of country, when my buyers had questions after an independent inspection. You can tell he cares a lot about the quality of home he builds and the reputation of his business. Matthew was personable and patient on the preposession walkthrough, and had things touched up/ finished to my clients very high standards for possession day. The things that couldn’t be dealt with on time were ordered and contractors arranged within a reasonable timeframe. The home directly backs a set of train tracks- and my client doesn’t even know a train is going by unless the windows are left open! Great to see a quality family builder in St. Albert.

This is our first review ever on Google. The reason we decided to share a review of Cami Comfort Homes is because excellent service and quality deserves to be recognized .
The quality of the build and adherence to Energuide standards are more than slogans. They are a passion that the company commits to.
That being said, the most enjoyable part of our purchase of a Cami home has been the interaction with all of the Cami team. Marvin, Mike and Matt have been great to deal with and are dedicated to creating a positive customer experience.
We are honored to have become part of the Cami Comfort Homes Family, and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new home Purchase.

I’ve had the most wonderful experience purchasing my first new home with Cami Comfort Homes. The entire team has been fantastic. From the moment I first stepped into the show home, I never felt pressured by anyone, and all my questions were answered. Mike and Marvin were always more than happy to help me. Their build quality is absolutely incomparable - my duplex is so open and spacious, it doesn’t feel like a traditional duplex. Everyone I’ve had over is amazed at the space. And it’s so quiet! Cami really does have an unbelievable shared wall, it has the feel of a fully detached home. Even after purchasing the home, they have continued to support me and continued to help me deal with anything that has come up. Buying a home can be overwhelming, especially a first home. But Cami made it so easy and stress-free. I truly feel like a member of the Cami Family.
