I have lived in my home which was built by Blair for 2 1/2 years now. I love my home and have had nothing but compliments on the design and build. Any small issues that have transpired, have been resolved quickly, efficiently, and always had follow up to make sure issue has been resolved. I put all my trust in Blair when I purchased this property and he has never let me down. I would and have recommended Blair’s company to anyone that has asked.

Just want to share my experience since we bought out house in 2016’ Dynasty Builders has a really great job on building houses and etc. and the most important thing is they are really great in providing services helping all the repairs and maintenance of our home. They are very helpful and professional in dealing with problems. In this recent days we had our vent cleaned up from a regular vent contractor, and we had our dryer vent also cleaned because our dryer got broken due to clogged vent. But unfortunately when we had our new dryer it senses a 95% clogged and I called the vent cleaner I hired and he ask for additional fee. And I called “Blaire to ask if where is the outlet of our vent goes for the said vent contractor doesn’t know where to look and explained everything”, he then replied “if he will not do it then don’t you worry’ I am here to help you” and just like that. The next day ‘ Blaire sent his staff to go on the roof to look for the vent outlet and cleaned and fixed the problem. Just like that. And now we are worry free. My wife is so happy to dry our clothes with no worry that it might cause some more damage. Kudos to Dynasty Builders and especially to Blaire and his buddy Rob. Thank you ?? and more power to you guys. And one more important thing they fixed the vent for “FREE”. Me and my family Highly recommend Dynasty Builders.

My experience with Dynasty homes has been great. Especially with Blair! We moved into our brand new Dynasty home august of 2020. This was a spec home in Erin ridge. Blair was friendly professional and responsive. We didn’t have many issues with our home but when we did Blair was always there to help. Nothing is built perfect, but the customer service received from Dynasty and Blair has been second to none. I would definitely purchase another home from them! Thanks for everything Dynasty team!

My wife and I had to relocate from Ontario to Alberta for work and had one week to find a home in Morinville. Unfortunately there was a limited supply of homes on the market at the time so after an unsuccessful bid on a home we decided to call Dynasty to discuss the possibility of building a new hone. We met with Blair Carmichael the next morning and decided to go ahead with a new build. Blair arranged all of the meetings allowing my wife and I to make all of our selections over the course of the next three days. As things progressed, we decided on various upgrades and customization which Blair facilitated for us. I was worried about the cost surpassing our budget but he never tried to nickel and dime us; much of the customization was done at no additional cost, while any upgrade costs were very reasonable. Additionally, we needed to take possession by the end of October as we were expecting a newborn by mid-November; Blair assured us that he would have us in our new home before the baby came and he kept his word. All of the suppliers were great to deal with, the home looks great; far surpassing our expectations. Most importantly, the customer service provided by Blair was second to none. There is something to be said about a company that returns your phone calls, text messages and emails in a timely manner, no matter the time of day. The entire process was much easier than we had anticipated, I would highly recommend Dynasty to anyone building a home in the area. Thanks again Blair, Chris and Sonja D

We purchased a new Dynasty home in April 2021. We couldn't be happier. Blair has been very accommodating, addressing any concerns we had.We would recommend Dynasty Builders to anyone wanting a new home built! We are very happy customers!!
