My family and I started our journey with San Rufo in the early spring of 2025 when we first met Yasmin while inquiring about the different models and the building processes. We decided to move ahead with a spec home already being built. Ashley and Yasmin helped us with adding a few customizations to truly make it our own. It was our first time buying a new build and making a purchase without a realtor, which was a bit nerve racking, but Ashley made the process easy for us and answered all our questions and confusions. Fast forward to almost Possession Day - there were a few issues that still needed to be fixed prior to us taking possession, but Troy and his team worked throughout Labour Day weekend to make it happen for us. A few outstanding items were completed within the first couple weeks of us moving in, just as promised by Troy. We just completed our 2-month walkthrough with Mike and Jolene and again, we only had a couple absolute minor things needing to be looked at. We are absolutely in love with our new home and are so happy with our decision to purchase a San Rufo build. The quality is superior and you can tell that San Rufo does go the extra mile to make their homes as energy efficient as possible. We are looking forward to spending many many years in our Forever Home and will definitely recommend San Rufo to anybody!
