It’s been two years now since we moved into our home built by John Boldt Builders and I couldn’t be happier with the build. Quality and workmanship was excellent. Working with Dan was great because he really explained things well and logically went through pros and cons of certain issues to help us decide better. Price was better than another contractor’s quote also. Honesty and integrity also showed with their work and planning. A great builder I would recommend to everyone. In 2021 we took a huge leap, feeling crazy and decided to demolish our home and rebuild it on the existing lot. After researching builders we decided we'd entrust this job to Dan and his crew at John Boldt Builders.Not saying this process wasn't with some stress, but Dan was amazing from the beginning - determining a budget and seeing if all out wants could be accommodated. Dan's experience was evident with how he guided us through the process, and never did we feel like we were inconveniencing Dan when we called to ask him questions.I can't say enough for how happy we are that we made this decision. My husband and I designed our custom home and Dan, Gord and the rest of the John Boldt Builders crew made it a reality. Every trade that came in to work was wonderful, any concern was addressed efficiently, the timeline and budget stayed on target. We highly recommend John Boldt Builders. The whole experience from start to finish, was favourable. The house was completed on time. The materials are good quality, along with the workmanship. Minor problems, which are common in any building project after move in, were promptly addressed and rectified. Dan is honest and honourable.....always easy to contact too. A design consultant and cabinetry consultant were included. Their expertise proved to be very helpful, and we are so happy with the result! After comparing with other builders, we found John Boldt uilders to be reasonably priced. They were sensitive to our needs and wants. Overall, the project was carried out in a professional manner, and it ran smoothly from our perspective. We would build again with this company, without hesitation!
