Recently my daughter Pooja & her husband bought a townhouse from Rinaldi. At first, I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Through out the whole process, they supported my daughter & her husband effectively!! But when you experience the passion and enthusiasm of their sales team during the initial process, the patience and style of the designers during selections or the attention to meticulous detail of the construction you are left completely amazed. They are truely a step above when it comes to builders! What really makes them stand out is their commitment after the sale. Ryan and the service team are exceptional, Rinaldi Homes stands behind their product and always answer when I call or inquire wether it's a service call or just a question about the finishes of my home. Best decision we've ever made.

I am 29 years old, and together with my husband we purchased our first home with Rinaldi Homes - Merritt Medows subdivision, in 2017. Our closing was August 2018. Purchasing a new home can be overwhelming - it felt like we were signing our lives away! Our first point of contact was our sales lady, Daniella and later Vingy. I cannot begin to phathom how there can be any bad reviews here; our personal experience was nothing but exceptional. These two ladies were very thorough, patient, and apologetic when needed. They have gone over and beyond any of our expectations.

Our Second point of contact was our personal Interior designer, Kristina. She was NOT overpowering and ultimately saw our vision. She was the most helpful!

In the past my parents have purchased a house from a builder in the Mississauga area. When we toured the models homes with Rinaldi and later our own home during the construction process, we were more than pleased. The worksmanship, quality and neatness that was put into these homes, compared to the one purchased in Mississauga (Summitview), was by far top notch.

I could not ask for anything better, my home is something I adore, and the service I have received leading up to my closing date was beyond anything I could ask for.

I have two uncle's, my parents and myself who have purchased seperate homes in this subdivision. We will continue to refer people to Rinaldi for their world class service.
