I've have bought a number of new homes before and by far buying a home built by Cedar Pointe Homes was the worst experience ever.If you're looking for a homebuilder that cuts corners at every turn, believes in cheap shoddy work, with some of the areas worst sub-contractors, you'll find it with Cedar Pointe.My advice to anyone who finds themselves interested in a Cedar Pointe Home is to run in the opposite direction and thank me later...

I have been through the homebuilding process a number of times, but this was my first experience Cedar Pointe Homes. Although there were some bumps in the process I have to say that Cedar Pointe Homes was the most honest, ethical, homebuilding organization that I have ever worked with. They were also very communicative during the construction phases. We received regular video updates and well as email communications. I would highly recommend them to build your home.
