As a residential designer Josh makes the most of space incorporating every inch into a flowing floor plan that enhances the lives of the family who will inhabit it. He focuses on beauty as well as function in his designs and his work speaks for itself. Strata is growing and the properties they produce are remarkable. Where do I even begin. If I could give Strata Homes 100 stars I would.

As we all know buying a home is one of the biggest decisions we make in life. We bought a strata home here in St. George this last Nov.

I can honestly say we couldn’t be happier. The quality and time they put into both their design and materials is unmatched.

We have neighbors who are continually complaining that they can never get their builders to come out and fix mistakes or even simply answer the phone.

The owners (Tanner & Nate). Didn’t just sell us a home and move on, they are always asking us if everything is good and reminding us if we ever need anything to make sure to reach out. We love that and the comfort of knowing they care and are there to stand by their work.

If contemplating between different builders, do yourself a favor and be sure to go with Strata. Best built home we have ever owned!
