Visionary has been exceptional! We had them build a home in Warner Gateway in St George and the house turned out beautifully. The team was great to work with and the few warranty repairs we had were handled with care and concern. Our house is lovely and the builder is amazing.
I loved working with Donna to build our home in St. George!! She is so personable and easy to talk to! The process was very smooth. She addressed all my concerns and helped us find the right layout for our needs. She’s amazing!Erica, one of the design consultants was fun to work with! We had a great time picking our options and she helped me stay on budget. She has a good eye for design and was great at helping the design come together.I was very impressed by the quality and the building process. They take time on each build and don’t just throw it together like some of the other builders we have worked with in the past.
My wife and I worked with Donna and Erica to design our home that is currently being built by Visionary Homes. Both of them were super friendly and made the experience as smooth and stress free as possible. Donna really went the extra mile to make sure we were getting what we wanted for this new house at a price we could afford. They have been awesome so far at keeping us informed via group text with photos showing the progress of the home as it's being built. I would recommend this company to others who are looking to build a home.
We love visionary homes and we love our new home. We’ve had the best experience with Visionary Homes. From beginning to end we had a wonderful experience. Our home is everything we imagined and more. The quality was top notch and we get many compliments from visitors to our home. Donna was great to work. She recommended the Stewart floor plan and it was exactly what we were looking for. The price included all the things we felt would be “extra”! We absolutely enjoyed working with Nanette in design. Her recommendations and expertise were so helpful as we made so many decisions. We had Shawn as our project manager and he was the BEST. He was quick to answer our questions and resolve any concerns. We had one item we needed help from warranty on. We got to work with Kerrie. It was impressive that she didn’t “forget” about our project. She checked in with us often to check the status and progress. We don’t plan on building another home because Visionary already built us our dream home, but I tell everyone I know to call visionary if they are looking to build a new home!
