REA Homes helped us build our custom home from finding a lot to building a great team to the final finishing touches. We appreciated Jeff and Brian helping us find a lot to build on that would meet our needs. We had no idea what to look for in lot (empty or tear down). They listened to what we wanted in our home and introduced us to recommended architects, designers, landscape companies and more. Every step of the way Brian and Jeff took our priorities and helped make this a home we would love. I looked forward to each progress meeting because no matter what the situation I knew they would expertly navigate based on their experiences and help make it an enjoyable process. Now that our home is finished, we are able to enjoy the small and grand details they included to make it special to our family. The personal attention went above and beyond expectations.

REA Homes supported our family through a significant home renovation. The REA team guided us adeptly through the project.  At various moments, they went above and beyond to make the renovation process as seamless as possible, and we felt like a top-priority client.  Jeff and team provided thoughtful input on design choices that would improve livability and offer striking aesthetics, all with a sensitivity to budget. In terms of selections, REA had fantastic vendor relationships. The vendors did most of the lifting in identifying cabinets, countertops, fixtures, lighting, etc that matched the vision for the house. And during construction, Brian and Jeff coordinated across vendors and timelines, keeping everything on-track for move-in.   We also came to know the REA subs on the project and trusted them– they were top-quality, well-vetted individuals who were highly professional and trustworthy. The home turned out beautifully, with high quality construction and aesthetics combined, all within our budget and on-time.  That’s a testament to a great builder and team.  And even when we had minor punch-list items post-renovation, they came back out right away, standing behind their workmanship.  A special shout-out to Brian, who was a phenomenal project manager and made himself available at every turn of the road.

When we purchased our home, my husband and I were new to Ladue. Given relatively hectic travel schedules, we were in need of a partner that not only knew how to seamlessly navigate the architectural planning and approvals process, but to be onsite and highly communicative during our extensive home renovation.
