Alisha was a big part of finding our new home! She helped us through every step by answering all questions, reviewing all of our selections and getting meetings scheduled. There wasn’t anything that Alisha couldn’t help us with. Now that we have been at our new townhome for almost two months, we are happy to say it was a smooth process and great home!
As a first time home owner, I was a little anxious going into the process of looking for then financing and purchasing a place of my own. I have now lived in my home for more than a month and have absolutely nothing negative to say. Alisha walked me through the process from start to finish and I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was incredible. I ended up financing with M/I homes as well and found it to be a seamless experience leading up to and on the day of closing. Ray and his construction team have been outstanding and responded to the two issues that came up shortly after I moved in within 24 hours. I love my new space and could not recommend this community and the M/I team more highly.
M/I town-square is the first home we have bought in the USA, so there was a LOT of unlearning and learning for us. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. Alisha has been extremely helpful from the start by listening to all of our questions (which have been many), addressing them or just connecting us with the right person to answer them. Communication has been great with M/I since the beginning and closing was in perfect timing. Would highly recommend this project and Alisha ??.
My fiancé and I bought our first home through MI Homes and we had a fantastic experience. Alisha was our main point of contact and she was very accommodating and helpful for first time home buyers. The home is beautiful and the quality is great. They were able to answer our many questions and helped make the transition as smooth as possible. We would highly recommend buying through MI Homes!
