I have a semi-custom home built by Stonegate / Gonyea, and they didn’t just build my dream home — their post-build service has been excellent as well. They truly treat us like family and always put the homeowner first.

They are flexible, responsive, and consistently find solutions for things that naturally happen with a new home, such as ceiling cracks and nail pops. Their team has been easy to work with and very supportive throughout the entire process.

I highly recommend Stonegate / Gonyea to anyone looking for a quality home and a builder who truly stands behind their work.

My wife & I have built a few homes over the years, but building with Stonegate was by far the most enjoyable! Not only less stress, but they offered amazing expertise, quality workmanship, and exceptional communication throughout the entire process. We are in a beautiful Gonyea home and have nothing but great things to say about it! Everyone we worked with was phenomenal! Friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating.
The absolute best part of the build was working with Jeff Martineau! He is the builder rep/realtor, and basically everything you could ask for in a major endeavor like this. His knowledge of the market is unmatched by anyone I have ever met. Additionally, his assistance throughout the construction was incredibly valuable. His advice, guidance, counsel, and answers built trust that turned this from a project...into an exciting activity! His integrity and sincerity is rare these days. We trust him like a dear friend. We also loved his sense of humor and had fun working with him.
To validate how much we value Jeff and Stonegate, we referred two of our grown kids to Stonegate and indicated they should 100% work with Jeff Martineau. We would only send our kids to the very BEST! Both kids are now in Stonegate/Gonyea homes!

We were NOT going to build another house, but we are SO GLAD we did! The whole team has been tremendous and the time planning has actually been fun!

From the start with Jeff M. in sales, we feel like we are his only customer! This treatment continued with Shannon (and Katye) in design and Reid (and Meagan) in Construction Project Management. The Stonegate Team and the electrical team at Phase Electric also showed exemplary customer service with great suggestions.

Even when we've gone into the headquarter building, the people in the office are so friendly. I have no idea who they are or what they do, but they just seem like they care.

I met Jeff Martineau, over 2 years ago, after loosing my beloved husband and needing to down size. it was important to find someone like Jeff, who would walk this new journey with me. Of course, being a designer myself, I would spend a lot of time looking at many builders but kept coming back to Stonegate and Jeff, who were the closest option I found. Since my house was for sale, Jeff was kind enough to take a risk on me and secure the lot I wanted. At the design center, Shannon and Trent were the best and offered cutting edge products as well as searching for my desires. It was such a fun experience! How often did I pop into Jeff, "Mr. Energy," as he carefully listened to my needs to customize my home, to make it mine! Of course he was very knowledgeable to guide me with the budget. One snag, I had the opportunity to actually work with Ryan (owner of Co??) who was so receptive and solved the issue immediately. SOOO IMPRESSIVE!! Jeff has also come through to resolve things I needed help with. Of course timing is always very crucial and Stonegate actually started sooner and finished sooner than I anticipated-- which is unusual these days.This will be my last hoorah, and it is going to be a showplace when it is done! I will treasure whatever days God will grant me here. Thank you team for making it possible! 3 weeks ago my family and friends celebrated in Stonegate's beautiful party room. Dream your dream!
