Wow, what a awesome place to build this is such a different place then what it used to be. Thumbs ?? on the development excellent spot to pick.

Visited this community recently and was shocked to hear the HOA fee is $490 per month and $715 infra fee for year which means roughly $550 per month. In this area, most HOAs are around $200–$300, so this seems way too high, especially since the community doesn’t offer anything special — just basic snow removal and grass cutting. Definitely something to think about before considering it.
