I wish i could give them minus stars but no option so i have to give them at least a star, DO NOT BUY HOUSE WITH FISCHER HOMES, we built our house with them last year and since then we have are having all kind of problem in the house (2024 built), sidings were falling off multiple times, had problem with landscaping,Vinyl planks were breaking by it self in the house as well as showing some gaps here and there, multiple time we had problem with the furnace, Multiple time we had problem with water heater in the house, They just built to earn money and they ripped us off,
The home prices are on the high side of the market, with high interest rates I'm surprised that people are building homes so quickly in this area. Don't believe the signage you will not find a home for 450-500k in this place the homes are really close together and small for the money.
Went to see the St. Judes Dream Home and checked out the other display homes as well. These are absolutely gorgeous homes with great amenities! The sales people we interacted with were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The Dream Home is absolutely stunning. Hoping for a win!!
A really fabulous new subdivision with a great layout. The style of homes are also amazing with some beautiful architectural features that are so appealing to have in any home.
Great area to live!!! Close to highway and not too far from Lake Saint Louis shopping area.
