McBride homes have awesome built structures. David Ekpezu walked us through entire process. I appreciate his support, patience and communication that I had with him. Location of homes is very nice and the name itself says “Lakeview” and community has three lakes which would give homes a lakeview. David Ekpezu had us visit the plot we were looking for and as per our expectations he helped us in finding the home as desired.
David was very helpful! Did not rush my clients through the decision makking process at all. It was a great experience for everyone involved! 5 Stars!Only downside was the bathroom in the sales trailer was "out of order" and had a pretty strong smell the entire time. My clients would have liked to see that the builder of their home is able to keep things in good working order.
We like McBride homes floor plan and it fits our family. However, the remaining homesites available are premium that the add on cost is too much for us.David Ekpezu is sooo awesome. He didn’t mind that we had to delay our appointment and caused him to get off work late (really late for until almost 8pm which the office should closed at 6). He had been very helpful working the price out, not only for one home model but two. He also brought us to the homesite to explore the ground. Even though he knew the price out is above our budget and doesn’t really work for us, he still provided his knowledge of expertise and excellent service.
