AHB is a spectacular builder. They accommodated every change or add I wanted and when I moved in last month, the house exceeded my expectations. The finishing work, the quality of the components from the windows to the kitchen cabinets, all top notch. Lots of beautiful details like marble window sills, elegent fixtures and more. They walked me through every part of the process, and even after the close the team treats me like family.
I moved, from Boston, to Saint Petersburg in ‘04. After searching for a home, for about six months, I decided to go with new construction. I closed on my new home, with American Housing, in ‘05. I had an amazing overall experience, from the quality and value, of my new home, to the professionalism and responsiveness of the entire staff. I sold my house in 2019, never having any issue, of any kind, during the 14 years. During this time, I learned about a particular area where I wanted to live. Because of this amazing experience, I returned to American Housing, to have my next house built. Once again, American Housing went far beyond my expectations, whether it be resolving issues with the lot, that I had purchased, to designing an amazing floor plan.
