Throughout the design, building and follow-up process, Canopy was friendly, efficient and responsive to my questions, requests and ideas. Special thanks to Leia Hoffman, the Project Designer, who ensured that my design choices were aligned with my vision and budget. Even though I was out-of-town during much of the critical decision making, she was always quickly responsive to my many emails and extra questions. Also, a big shout-out goes to Hugh Seeley, our Project Manager. Hugh was always patient, friendly and eager to make sure that we were happy with the house and process. Hugh understood our vision of a contemporary Arts and Crafts house and we are very grateful for his suggestions and input. Finally, thanks to Edwin Cardona, Warranty Manager, for quickly responding to the very few small issues we had after we moved into our house. We are very happy with our Canopy experience and would highly recommend the company.
We have had a great experience purchasing our home from Canopy! Our project manager, Quentin, was very helpful and responsive to questions or concerns we had, and worked on a resolution for any issues immediately. The whole team was wonderful to work with, organized, and genuinely care about the work they do. We have had several service providers at the house (blinds, water softener, landscaping) and they have all commented on the craftsmanship of the home - even the home inspector during the purchase process noted to us the build quality. We are loving our new home and couldn’t be happier about our decision to go with a Canopy home.

Wow! There are not enough words to describe the wonderful experience we had with Canopy Builders. We were impressed from the start. The entire team was so easy to work with. We first met with Ben to discuss our dream home. He was incredibly pleasant to work with.The design team was the absolute best. Lauren, Leia and Ciara were top-notch in all their design ideas. They were quick to answer all our questions and address any concerns we might have. We simply cannot sing their praises enough.Lastly, John Rothwell, our project manager, was incredibly easy to work with. We truly felt like we were in his very capable hands. Even in the midst of two hurricanes and dealing with damages to his own home, he ensured the finishes to our own home went seamlessly. He always had a smile on his face and was well respected amongst all the subs.We always heard that building a new home can turn into a nightmare. That is not the case with Canopy Builders. They are truly the best of the best in Tampa Bay. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Canopy builders for all your building needs.It might sound corny but it is so true. Canopy is like family to us.
