After a year of living in our custom-built WinWay home, I am thrilled to report that we have had a great experience with our home. As with every new construction, minor warranty items surfaced but have been promptly and professionally addressed only reinforces our satisfaction. The quality of work is still impressive, and we haven't encountered any issues. Built to FEMA standards, our elevated home did not get any impact from the recent flooding in Gulfport, and our projected energy efficiency due to the insulations used during construction were validated over the course of the past year.
