Look at Connecticut Judicial Website before hiring Fletcher Development. (You will see MANY cases) Ryan also placed a lien on our property, which the court has ruled him to release. If you would like to see pictures and discuss further please feel free to reach out to me in Norwalk. I do not pay for inferior work that is left unfinished and I needed to get my own contractors to correct. After we filed against Fletcher Development he then filed a complaint to divide his responsibilities among most of his own contractors.

Ryan - .
Money was promised, if the issues were resolved. But after multiple attempts corrections were not made, or repeatedly made incorrectly. You yourself said good help was hard to find. Payment was not made because we are forced to hire outside contractors to correct the errors. And Ryan stated in writing that he is paid a markup on the subcontractors. Fletcher Development did not follow window installation guidelines and we have multiple issues that were never resolved.
And - he is not your “dear friend “ he has you blocked, and why would he feel the need to block you
