Look at Connecticut Judicial Website before hiring Fletcher Development. (You will see MANY cases) Ryan also placed a lien on our property, which the court has ruled him to release. I do not pay for inferior work that is left unfinished and I needed to get my own contractors to correct. But after multiple attempts corrections were not made, or repeatedly made incorrectly. You yourself said good help was hard to find. Payment was not made because we are forced to hire outside contractors to correct the errors. And Ryan stated in writing that he is paid a markup on the subcontractors. Fletcher Development did not follow window installation guidelines and we have multiple issues that were never resolved.And - he is not your “dear friend “ he has you blocked, and why would he feel the need to block you
