The decision to build a house was on our minds for some time. When the time came, my wife and I went to multiple builders. What made Synergy stand out above everyone else was their office setting, their preparedness for the meeting, and their ability to understand everything we wanted.

We had multiple meetings over the course of several months and finally got everything nailed down (no pun intended) to satisfaction. Dillon was more than happy to accompany the meetings and listen to our ideas.

When the time came to build the house, Dillon and his crew wasted no time. We had a fully functioning house and had started moving at around 6 months.

Emily was amazing and was always available to answer questions and arrange for meetings when needed.

Our project manager, Seth, was extremely knowledge and super professional. Whenever something came up, he was on top of it and getting it resolved immediately.

When the time came for the loan and dealing with the bank, Erica was spot on. She got the documents to bank when needed without delay and all administrative questions that needed answering, she was on top of.

This crew was amazing to work with and we could not be happier with the finally product. We have a stable house in a wonderful area that we are sure will last a lifetime.

Dillon Sipe and his team custom built my dream home that is more wonderful than I could have imagined. With a true eye for design, they happily incorporated reclaimed material to create a new home already filled with pieces from my life. The custom built shelving designed by Jesse, using old farm fencing given to me are an exquisite statement piece in my home. Every person on the Synergy Home Crafters team is wonderful to work with. Dillon was always positive, honest and made himself available to support me through the entire process.
