I love Victoria ?? one thing I noticed is that our whole neighborhood is taking out all of the gardens and replacing with concrete. It is more functional and it’s their home so they should be able to do whatever they want but I worry how the neighborhood will look with all the plants gutted from the yards. I guess we will have to see, it is kinda Richmond’s fault because they didn’t make the houses with concrete access to the backyard for the yard debris. One thing I can’t stand is the kids leaving trash on the side of the roads and in the park, it’s not a lot but I see little bits of it everywhere and I worry like who’s going to clean this up? Also the design of the house is very 2020-2022 vibe with those grey floors that are not in style anymore. Also the floor plan, it’s very 2020. In 2025 we want the biggest kitchens, lots of shelves, high end cabinetry, soaking bath, no all white kitchens and grey floors it’s so sterile. Luckily my house doesn’t have that because it’s the model home however if you have a 2 story home you need an upstairs family room otherwise I don’t go upstairs at all. We need way bigger pantry space and the vibes we want for homes so close to the bay should be a coastal modern vibe, no grey, we’re talking earthy or even art deco is cool. The “open” floor plan is not it anymore. Bring back separated dining rooms please. I was promised a gift from Richmond and never got anything so lol I’m still waiting. Lastly the pricing is so different from house to house I paid less than my neighbor who’s home is smaller than mine and my other neighbor paid more with a basic model and there huge price difference from the 1 story’s especially they’re more more than 100k less which is a huge difference for something not that much smaller than other ones.
It's coo. The lady was a bit annoying. But it was ok.
Needs better landscaping and the canopyof trees to take off the edge of cookie cutter production homes.
Awesome community!!!
